Wuse is not one building. Flats, small offices, and older houses share streets, and their roofs fail in different places. A residential duplex can leak at a lap. A three-storey office can leak at the curb of an outdoor unit. An older house can leak where a tank support was bolted through a sheet that was never flashed. The quote has to know which building you mean. “Wuse” alone is the district, not the scope.

Penetrations over rooms that stay open
Commercial roofs in Wuse collect things houses sometimes avoid: signs, tanks, satellite mounts, and cooling plant. Each one is a preferred path for rain. The drip shows on a ceiling tile in a room that is still trading or still staffed. You cannot always empty the floor to find it. Sunday, or early morning, may be the only quiet hour.
